View and Print out the Referral Associates Agreement and have licensee
sign it ($50.00 Administrative Fee payable to: Real Estate Referral Group),

View and Print out our New Member Registration and have licensee sign it,
Click Here . Make sure that your office name is listed as the "Designated
Broker".
View and Print State Form ($10.00 Application fee payable to: Indiana
Professional Licensing Agency), Click Here .
Gather and mail the following:
In approximately 2-6 weeks the following will be forwarded to the licensee:

View and Print out our New Member Registration and have licensee sign it,
Click Here . Make sure that your office name is listed as the "Designated
Broker".
View and Print State Form ($10.00 Application fee payable to: Indiana

- The licensee should complete and sign Section A of the Application for
License Activation with your information. - Your should complete and sign Section B of the Application for
Reassignment of Real Estate License.
Gather and mail the following:
- Referral Associate Agreement and Check for $50.00 payable to: Real
Estate Referral Group - New Member Registration
- State form and Check for $10.00 payable to: IPLA
- Return everything to:
In approximately 2-6 weeks the following will be forwarded to the licensee:
- A new pocket card license, which indicates that you are a Real Estate
